Nivala Technology Park Ltd and LaserComp Ltd have undersigned a contract on building new premises. The new industrial building will measure approx. 3000 m2, and the office and social premises approx. 350 m2.
LaserComp Oy is established in Nivala in 2001, and it is specialized on laser-cutting, plasma- and flame-cutting, folding and welding assemblies. The company employes approx. 15 persons and having turnover approx. 3 million euros. The new wider premises will further enable business expansion, having new machinery and more personnel for the Company.
Nivala Technology Park is established in 1974 and is nowadays one of the widest and most viable technology parks in whole Finland. The Technology Park constructs and rents industrial and other premises for companies, manages development projects as well as produces business development services together with cooperation partners. In the time being, Nivala Technology Park Ltd has built premises extensions for Pohjolan Design Talo Oy (manufacturer of turnkey ready houses) as well as new premises for Nivalan Autokatsastus Oy (MOT test company). Building the new premises for LaserComp Oy enhances development and widening of the Technology Park area.
